  • Same patented rolled head design as washers, with varying sleeve extensions
  • Tightening of assembly allows cold flow of plastic into double-flanged grommet
  • Can be used with nylon flat washer, without hole protrusion
  • Use with metal rivets allows permanent fastener insulation
  • Spinning or heat forming sleeve end allows use as eyelets or grommets
